Hi all,
I have succeeded in installing and configuring Ruby 1.9.1 and Rails 3.1.1 on Windows and Linux. You can follow steps from http://www.rubyinside.com/rails-installer-ruby-and-rails-on-windows-in-a-single-install-4201.html and download Rails installer as link there. But steps are not exact, there is crucial part of installation on Windows and Linux. If someone has a solution let me know, I will cement mine next time.
